ESTIMATE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

These terms apply to any estimate, proposal, or agreement issued by At Ease HomeWorks.

1. VALIDITY

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing may change if not accepted within this window.

2. SCOPE

The estimate includes only the services and materials specifically listed. Any additional work or unforeseen issues may require a change order and revised pricing.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Unless otherwise stated, a 50% deposit is due to schedule work. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Late payments may incur a service fee of 1.5% per month.

4. SCHEDULING

Start dates are subject to weather, material availability, and workload. We will confirm scheduling after deposit receipt.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Clients may cancel up to 72 hours before work is scheduled to begin for a full deposit refund. After that time, deposits may be retained to cover scheduling and prep costs.

6. WARRANTIES

Workmanship is warranted for 1 year unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials where available.

7. PROPERTY ACCESS & SAFETY

Clients agree to provide safe access to the jobsite and will secure pets, valuables, and fragile items prior to work.

8. PHOTO RELEASE

Unless requested otherwise in writing, At Ease HomeWorks may photograph projects in progress and completed work for internal documentation, marketing, and social media.

9. LIABILITY

At Ease HomeWorks is fully insured. Liability is limited to the scope of contracted work. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or indirect damages unless caused by negligence.
