Yes, we provide free estimates for home repairs and renovations. Depending on the project, we may assess remotely or visit the site in person for a more accurate quote.

Do you require a deposit before work begins?

For most projects, we require a 50% deposit upon estimate approval. This secures your place on our schedule and covers initial materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion and reflects actual time and materials, if applicable.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. At Ease HomeWorks is a fully insured and licensed contractor serving homeowners in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Safety, compliance, and professionalism are at the core of what we do.

Do you handle full renovations, or just small handyman work?

We do both! Our team is experienced with full-scale kitchen and bathroom remodels, as well as custom carpentry, shed builds, and other renovation projects. We also take on everyday jobs like minor repairs, installations, and seasonal upkeep. No project is too small — or too involved.

Can I request specific materials, fixtures, or finishes?

Yes! Whether you’re choosing a solid stain for your deck, tile for a bathroom remodel, or shelving dimensions for custom built-ins, we’ll work with your preferences and guide you if needed.

Will I receive a contract or formal proposal?

Yes. All work is backed by a written project proposal and agreement that outlines scope, pricing, schedule, and payment terms — so there are no surprises.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes — At Ease HomeWorks offers a 30-day workmanship guarantee on most services. This covers issues related to the labor or installation provided, not normal wear and tear or problems caused by third-party interference.
We also honor applicable manufacturer warranties on products we install and can help facilitate claims if needed. Your satisfaction and the quality of our work are always a top priority.

Do you take and use photos of the work?

Yes. At Ease HomeWorks takes photos throughout each project for documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes. By hiring us, clients agree to the use of these photos for internal records, our portfolio, and promotional content, including social media.

We always respect your privacy — no identifying details (like faces, names, or addresses) are ever shared without explicit permission.
